Had a pleasant stay, the hotel is reasonably priced.
The venue was set in the central position near many restaurants, bars for eat and drink, the Night Market, the riverfront, shops, restaurants and cafes, and night markets, Mekong River. It also was in the centre of things.

Spent a great new year's eve surrounded by friends in a centrally located hotel. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory and the clean rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always at our service. We enjoyed the convenience of the tuk-tuk drivers outside the hotel and the various local restaurants within walking distance. A great way to start the new year!
We had a bit of an issue with the transportation offered by the hotel, as we were expecting a larger vehicle but got a smaller one instead. the pricing for some of the tours was a bit steep compared to other options in the area.

The hotel's location is ideal for those looking to explore the city, with its proximity to the night markets, riverside, and restaurants. Rooms are clean and come with amenities like a fridge, kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast spread and free drinks, as well as fantastic views of the sunrise and the river.
Some staff members were not honest in their dealings and misled guests into overpaying for transportation services.

There was nothing we didn't like.
